We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states ! Whether you’re located in Alabama, California, New York, Texas, or anywhere across the globe, Wyld products can be delivered directly to your door. Our reliable fulfillment network ensures fast, secure shipping both domestically and internationally.

RETURNS

Customers may return products purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened and unused. Please indicate when inquiring about a return if you are looking for a refund or an exchange. Shipping costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer.

Wyld will provide a Return Authorization number after collecting details from you via email. Please include this RA number on the outside of the returning package. Wyld will issue confirmation of refund or exchange within 3 business days upon receipt of return. Refunds are limited to the original purchaser and purchase method.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund and release the amount back to your account.

Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value, however we cannot guarantee the availability of products for exchange and if an item is not available to satisfy your preference for exchange, we are happy to offer a refund.
